Firstly Hello. That's it. Short and sweet.
My reason for registering is I would appreciate some advice and pointers with issues I have had with my next door neighbour since 2015.
I will copy and paste the issues and hope someone can assist me,
I have had issues with my next door neighbour since October 2015.
I first contacted the Police and the neighbours housing Association in October 2015 as said neighbour was dealing drugs from her home.
From 2015 until the present:
October 5th 2015 - Police seized neighbours dog. At least two incidents involving neighbours dog and her friends dog in my street. (Neighbour never got her dog back).
Neighbour dealing drugs - 2015 - 2016 - Reported to Police and housing association.
Police raided neighbours house in May 2016.
May 2016 - Neighbour and her friend vandalised a small fence I had erected to stop her dogs coming into my garden and using it as a toilet. Confronted neighbour regarding vandalism neighbour threatened me. (CCTV)
May 2017 - Neighbour assaulted me, she and her friend then lied to The police. I was charged, went through thirteen and a half months of stress and anxiety. No conviction - I can't even remember what the term used was! (Audio)
May 2017 - Neighbours friend threw a rock through my living room window. (CCTV)
May 2017 - Neighbours friend poured paint over my car (same friend that vandalised window) (CCTV)
September 2017 - Neighbours friend made a veiled threat to put my windows in (made good his threat on 4th July 2019)
July 2019 - Neighbours friend threw brick through my bedroom window at 2.55 am on July 4th 2019. (CCTV)
August 2019 - I had an appointment with Victim Support for advice and support - It was suggested I get a personal camera (the type you wear. I have one and use it).
September 2019 - Neighbours friend threatened to slit my throat and used her finger to gesture this. (CCTV)
I have kept reporting drug use at neighbours address and 'suspected' drug dealers in the street (providing car registrations numbers to the Police). I have contacted my neighbours landlord by email to make them aware their tenant is still allowing the home to be used for 'drug misuse'. (Class A )
I have crime reference numbers relating to most of these issues.
I have e-mails to both to the neighbours housing association and The Police from 2016 to the present day relating to the issues highlighted above.
I have CCTV of varying quality regarding most of the incidents.
I have audio from the day the neighbour assaulted me, in which she clearly threatens me as does her friend.
(Neighbour threatened to come out and knock f/ck out of me).
I contacted my landlord - (Council) last year about these issues. They directed me to The safer Neighbourhood Team, who couldn't help as the neighbour isn't a council tenant!
I contacted CAB last year and again this week regarding all the issues. They attached a file regarding Anti Social Behaviour and harassment and taking legal action.
I contacted my local councillor last year regarding the above issues.
I have also contacted my local MSP last year and again this week regarding ongoing issues.
I also understand my neighbour has been spreading lies to other neighbours about me.I referenced this in my email to my local MSP and the effect all of these incidents have had on my Mental Health.
No idea if anyone can offer some help/advice, but I really need some as it's all getting too much for me to cope with.
