  • PCP voluntary termination.

    Hi*
so I voluntary terminated my car back in January. They have collected car and since sold it on. fca automotive services have since claimed I owe them money for multi part settlements. Which they cannot detail to me what it was for. They are requesting I pay £678. My annoyance is that I complained to them when they wanted £334 damages, I asked them for proof of receipts of work done to the car. She panicked and decided to take that off the bill. What I need to know is... do I legally have to pay them this money? I have raised my issue to a complaint. I have also stated the the consumer credit act is limited to half the total amount payable. Has anybody had this...?? Did you pay it? What were the outcomes?*
