Hello, I'm here because of British Gas

Hi Legal Beagles, thanks for registering me. I'm here because BG installed smart meters, the gas meter has never fully functioned and now I'm being hit with a massive bill. I've prepared the information, ready to post it to ask for advice, point me in the right direction please. Thank you.
