The lawyers submitted a cost schedule with a statement of truth which on require was incorrect and they has added erroneous fees, the application was for the costs to be paid by me on that day but the Judge ruled that cost were in the case to be decided at the case hearing so I was very lucky as I could have faced those cost immediately. The have now withdrawn the costs schedule and intend to submit an updated one - how do I make the court aware?
Help me with the process for reporting contempt of court in a civil case please?
