    Do I have to provide my address on a letter before action

    As the thread says. I have a tenant that I'm a bit wary of divulging my address, so is it legally necessary on a letter before action. Thanks

    How do you anticipate your tenant will reply if you don't provide an address?

    If you are acting in accordance with preaction protocols the defendant must be given someway to contact you,* not necessarily your home address
