    Someone accused my son of an offence but in police interview she read information off phone is this allowed

    Bit unclear who said what to whom and who was consulting a phone.
    However, if allegations have been made it is possible that the police had recorded the allegations and other information on their hand held equipment. This cuts down the amount of paperwork, and could quite likely be used at an interview

    Was this an interview under caution?
    Did your son have a solicitor present?
