Making an offer of full and final settlement on charging order

Hi everyone. I've had 2 charging orders on my house for over 10 years now and I might finally be in a position to pay them off. Is it likely in this current awful climate that Shoosmiths and Link would accept an offer. If so what sort of percentage should I be thinking about trying to raise. Many thanks!
