  • party wall or boundary wall

    hi i am wondering if someone could tell me from my deeds who owns the wall on the right, this is the image from my original deeds in 1956, I know there is more to sometimes but if anything stands out of the image that would be great

    Party wall is a building wall that joins two properties and forms the boundary between them
    A boundary wall is a free standing wall so placed as to separate two parcels of land in different ownership;
    A boundary wall may stand completely on either property or astride the boundary

    If that wall was already present when the plots were drawn up it is most likely belonging to the property to the right, especially as it extends beyond the rear boundary of the pink plot.

    Don't your deeds or land registry file indicate ownership?

    Care to say what concerns you?
