    I am yet another person who has been fooled by Purplebricks . I was miss led into thinking there would be a flat fee , when the property sold , and not if the property didn't sell . I have taken up my complaint from an early stage , only to be told , it's in the terms and conditions . I am now being chased by CARS for the fee . Has anyone had any success in being taken to court , as this is what I am being threatened with . I don't have a problem paying for a service , but being conned is a different matter .
