I went through a company called bank smart regarding ppi claim they got 14.40 back and wanted 4.50 as payment I did not pay as there was no phone number and I had no email at that time or on line banking so I didn't know how to pay, anyway they said I owed 400 pounds because I had not paid so I got my daughter to email the company for me asking to cancel the account they said that this costs another 400 so in total I owed 800 pounds at this stage I was panicking so I arranged a standing order for 29 pounds a month I paid from 28th August 2017 untill 30th January 2020 on my calculation I had paid 814 pounds, so I emailed the company to say I had stopped paying and they said I still owed 189pounds I asked for the last letter with the amount I owed so I could see what amount the had, but they said they did not know what I meant, so I still didn't pay the 189 pounds so now they say I owe 310 pounds, so they have added another 120 since January should I pay*

Good grief - that is insanity.

I think some serious complaining is required here.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Ok, we need to get any further payment demands cancelled and try and get all the cancellation fees you've paid back.

The best way to achieve that is for you make a formal complaint - that way you can go to the Ombudsman if they don't play ball. We'd be happy to help you draft a complaint but we'd need to see the relevant correspondence to understand exactly what happened and when.

It would be helpful if you could send it to me at nick@legalbeaglesgroup.com

It would also be a good idea to register on LegalBeagles too, rather than just post as a guest.
