Nursery deposit

Hi, I wonder if anyone can please help me. My son went to the Montersorri nursery on London road, Leicester and I have been chasing them for my deposit and an overpayment I made since mid February. The accounts team keep fobbing me off and they have still not refunded the monies back. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thank-you*
