Amigo guarantor

I’m a guarantor on a 6k loan for my ex husband partner I was pressured to lie but I don’t have enough income to pay when he defaults, amigo didn’t check proof of income or expenditures and I’m a single parent to a baby and it’s causing me huge amounts of stress I want to be removed as guarantor but don’t want to get in trouble for lying on the application,*
