    I have obtain a Judgment in default in defence. How can I enforce it? And what are the next steps.

    So you wait till you have the paperwork in your hand and then write and ask for payment. Then hand to court bailiffs to collect or if more than £600(?) promote to the high court bailiffs

      In the present climate enforcing Judgment is a little more awkward particularly if instructing Bailiffs. In both scenarios above given by ostell then very few if any enforcement visits are being made but Notices of Enforcement are being sent out which gives your Defendant prior warning of what is going to happen.

      There are alternatives see https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-...rce-a-judgment for details. Again if you then decided to try for an Attachment of Earnings then this may fail if they are currently not working. Best bet in my view if you can afford to is to sit on the Judgment until the situation improves - you have 6 years to enforce this.
