Hi , DCBL Legal are taking me to small claims court for a private parking fee for a client parking firm of theirs *. I have read other posts saying that other legal companies cancel proceedings near to court date as they have no intention of going to court . Is this a common or normal practice . I am due to have mediation soon , should I refuse and let the the court case continue in the presumption that the legal company will cancel the the case .

Do not presume they will cancel. Cannot offer more advice because don't know details.

Is it definitely DCBL taking you to court?
