False bank statements

I how know that my bank statements haven't been correct.. Since 12/09/92 from the first of two mandate breaches which activated the automatic £4,800 overdraft facilities. Can my bank legal calculate this stolen money as a o/D debt by this dishonesty and apply compound interest?*

Have you made. Complaints and did you report it to the police at the time? The problem you have is that unless you can prove fraud the bank will treat it as legitimate. Tell us more. I think you only have six months to report a theft after becoming aware of it.*
