Nuisance PPI no claim available

Nuisance ppi calls so eventually gave in to them, now being chased from debtors on debts over 10years old. Where do I stand?

So the debt is not enforceable after 6 year, statute barred (5 in Scotland), unless the debt has been acknowledged.

You write and tell them that you do not recognise the debt but it would be statute barred so please stop annoying me.

How come the switch from PPI to 10 year old debts?
