Settling debt before court hearing

Hello there, fab site. I am the Claimant. Respondent and I trying to settle through mediation with each other before hearing date - can I still add Interest and court fee to debt if we settle before hearing? Debt was £22,000 (incl the interest and court fee) Claimant (me) accepting £12,000 can I still add the interest and £955 court fee I paid? Will I get the court fee refunded or part of it if we agree to settle? Thanks
