Hello so my mum sadly passed away a few weeks ago. I went to the bank today with her death certificate and they are in the process of releasing the funds into my account which is approx £13k. She didnt have a will. Do I have to share the funds with my two sisters? My mum has battled with cancer for 9 years and I am the one who has looked after her. One of my sisters I am happy to share with one but the other sister has not been supportive at all.

Sorry to hear of your loss.
As your mother passed intestate her estate must be distributed according to the strict rules of intestacy, which you can find here; https://www.gov.uk/inherits-someone-dies-without-will
If you cut your sister out, not only will it make family relationships worse, but she could initiate court action against you, so think carefully.
