    Paying Additional funds to PPI Company........

    Can any body tell me please if I have to pay the PPI company commission on the tax that was deducted on my PPI claim......... I have already paid them there 24% percentage on the final payment that I received received by cheque.......But now they are bugging me for 24% of the tax that was stopped by the bank .. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated...............

    I think most CMC's T&C's will say you have to pay a commission based on the total award regardless.

    What CMC is it?
