I had student loans from 1991,1992, 1993 and 1994. I never earned enough to pay them and deferred each year. One year I moved house and my deferral was too late. They now say they can’t be written off.
I moved house and have just received a county court claim dated 27th February for a court in Northampton. (I live in Folkestone Kent).
I have worked hard to get a good credit rating and do not want this to be a CCJ against my name.
what do I do?
