Hello, can I ask for advice dealing with EW estate agents they didn't sell my business but my landlord did lease transfer only now they are billing me for Ł4,000 agreement was on phone to pay only advertisement free Ł750 they have been nasty on phone to us giving me 24 hr to pay or court my solicitor has written much time with no outcome to an end how would best to fight them I disagree with what they are trying to charge?
