i am am hoping for some help, I had a number of payday loans at one stage for a few years. 2010-2016 I managed to pay them all but I have started to complain and go to the financial ombudsman recently and have had some joy in getting some refunds.
i have a default with Kapama in which Opos chased I paid the debt on a loan of £400 with £1800 the loan was originally with minicredit, is here anyway to complain to Opos or Kapama with a view of gaining interest back? Or is this now lost money with minicredit out of business? Thanks in advance!
