Hi I'm been charged by Mercedes for missing services and loss of value Circa £800 I terminated the car and sent in a service that was carried out I have asked for a break down of the charge but they say there cant do this.
I don't mind paying for a service but not happy to pay for the loss of value as the car was not taken to Mercedes but straight to auction there for only been sold a less than trade deal or what someone would pay for it regardless of service history
I understand that its the lease details but think there should be an adjustment
