Looking for some advice.
long story started a Morgage application on the 9th March failed affordability re modeled case fitted after a wait I was informed by my broker morgage approved happy to lend the morgage having issues printing the offer pack but would sort as soon as possible. In the mean time after that paid the searches. Went into lock down and they are now saying the email from the underwriter should not have been sent this was ab error
this left me so upset after paying out searches etc. Case has now been escalated been reviewed again
Any advice on this I would be most grateful
