We have given our static van back to the finance company on January 31st, 2020 handing keys to site manager as instructed. We had paid the 12 months site fees for January2020/December 2020
The site are now refusing to repay any site fees to us despite initially stating they would.
this is an extract from the sites manager email we received today
“My understanding is that you are not entitled to a site fee refund because you handed the caravan back to the finance company, thereby terminating your agreement with us.”
Santander have told us the site should pay us back the fees as we no longer own it.
Any advice please?
