Hi I’ve received and extortionate Fine for a Parking Ticket from Parking Eye who want to take me through a Small Claims court. they sent me a Form N180 copy do I Have to fill it in and return it or is it just a copy for myself.Whats the likelihood they will get away with making me pay £160 when I typed in my reg at the hotel and also hold a Disabled Badge??

You really must read ALL the information on the forms that you receive. It would appear that you have already submitted your defence to the court. The next step is to send YOUR version of the N180 to the court AND PE.
You can ignore, of course, but that way leads to default judgements against you.
You should have complained to the hotel when you gor the initial Notice to Keeper. You could contact the hotel now and demand that they tell PE to withdraw the claim against one of their customers. You might be lucky.
Your disabled badge means nothing on private land. Read the booklet that came with it.
