Country Court Business Centre for Private Parking charge

I just received claim form from Country C. Business Centre 4 Private Parking charge issued in 2015. I never receive PCN or other documents from claimant accept a letter dated February 2020. I responded by requesting more evidence but next thing i received was County Court documents. I'm completing Defence form but can anyone help the best way to defend this case

So you need to post a redacted copy of the PCN you received.

Acknowledge the claim 5 days or so after the issue date using the details and password on the form but put nothing in the defence.* *This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court


SAR to parking compnay,,* Leter to solicitor requesting copies of all the documents that they intend to use in court in order to narrow the issues between you, as expected by the courts.* You expect thee by return and in any case no later than 7 days.
