  • Single Justice Procedure Notice

I have been issued with a Single Justice Procedure Notice today in which i was not aware of this offence. My penalty enforcement charges highlights i was driving my motor vehicle and this was over the national speed limit in a 30 mile zone. Throughout this i was not aware of my offence, and subsequently this Notice went to my former address. I am trying to establish when i moved to my present address i notified DVLA of my new address however my notice went to my former address which now i have 21 days to respond to this.

Can anyone help me on whether i maybe able to appeal this as this initially did not com to the correct address at the time.

You need to ask on the SJP notice for a hearing at the court and then you need to dispute the action at the court.
