Next Door Business threatened to be evicted if dont pay full rent in next 7 days!

As per title next door have had to furlough their staff and shut temporarily during this period. The rent was due 3 weeks ago. They closed up when the lockdown was announced their staff have all been paid their wages upto todate but the owner is struggling to pay the rent now as it is paid 3 months in advance normally. A really crap letter has been sent from the landlord's solicitor saying that if they dont pay within the next 7 days they will instruct a baliff to change the locks and take possession of the property? The letter states it has to be paid in full and they will not accept any part payment!!! I thought all evictions were quashed until the 30th June or is this some kind of loophole? Any help would be appreciated hes a good friend of mine and he's been through a lot in the past year so looking towards hopefully finding him some help! Thanks in advance

It's a great shame when this type of things happen but they will probably find that B2B transactions do not have the same level of protection as individuals.
