  • Please help if you have knowledge on this area

Hi there, I understand how downright ridiculous this situation is however I also understand how serious this situation could be, therefore any help is much appreciated. When I was 16 years of age, I was speaking to a girl who was also then 16 years old. Due to us both being close, she sent explicit photos to me. Due to there being a caption on the photo, I took a picture of the photo so I could read the caption before the photo disappeared. I later deleted the photo and removed it from my device. Recently, due to there being a backup of my device on iCloud, the photo was stored on my new phone, as a result, I sent the photo to the girl who sent it to me as a sort of memory, however I did not realise she would have a negative reaction to this. She has since threatened to contact the police or may have already done so in attempt to get me in trouble for this, whilst I had the photo it was not distributed. I am now 18 an adult so hence she is trying to get me in trouble for having a photo from when she was 16. I understand this is a completely ridiculous story and may be fairly minor compared to some of the questions you get, however I did not originally realise how serious these cases can be taken. Any help on this would be much appreciated and I thank you for your time.
