    Hi guys mams joint on a will with her sister and has rejected an under valued offer for the house. Now mams sister is taking her to caught because she hasnt accepeted the offer and saying mam has to pay the court bills... Were does she stand thank you???*

    Can you please expand on your explanation as what you have written here is a bit vague.* However, if I understand correctly, your mother is a joint beneficiary in a will receiving 50% of a property.* Your mothers sister wishes to accept an offer for the property and split the money, as per the will.* Your mother does not think the offer is enough and refuses to give her consent for the sale to go ahead.* Your mother has every right not to accept the offer if it well below market value.* I presume a valuation of the property has been recorded.* As far as your mothers sister taking court action to resolve the problem.* This is possible and your mother should consult a solicitor if this does happen.* However, there are other ways of resolving this problem.* For example mediation or alternative dispute resolution.* These will need to be exhausted before any court action and may save a substantial amount of money.
