Hi, I have received a notice from the CP plus that I have exceeded their parking time , with my car picture in and out making a duration of 8 hours parking. but actually i went shopping twice that day in the morning and evening as I live just a few minutes away from the shopping complex . Please help how to appeal them, thanks**

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, use "the driver ......" etc as appropriate.
So you write to them pointing that their equipment has failed and did not record two visits by your car to the car park. This double dip phenomenon is well recognised within the trade and you therefore require them to cancel. The request to the DVLA for your records when they have no good cause is a breach of the GDPR, a criminal act. A failure of equipment does not mitigate this fact.
Before you do send then post up a redacted copy of the NTK, but leave dates
