  • Won Court Case now BW legal going for appeal

    Hi. Need some advise - went to court Back in Jan 20 over private parking charge *won the case and judge awarded me costs as well - now BW legal decided to appeal to higher court *And decision has been made to grant the appeal. - *any advise what i need to do ? Can i fight it again with additional information*

      Can you provide a little more info please?

      Did BW apply for permission to appeal or did the judge grant permission when he or she gave you judgment?

      Secondly what were their grounds of appeal

      Thirdly has permission to appeal been granted or has the actual appeal been heard?
