Claiming costs for a successful setting aside of a CCJ

Hi there. There was a CCJ against me and my former partner; it was set aside against me in September 2019 and against my former partner on 31 March 2020. How do we go about reclaiming our costs? Thanks in advance

You should have asked for those costs at the end of the hearing, otherwise unless the court orders you won't be entitled to costs. Onus is on the parties to seek costs, not the court's job.
