I have been hounded by this company for over 12 months ..they bought my details from Ascend and have been bombarding me with invoices for work they have done on my behalf ... They are billing me for over £1200 but i have never recieved a penny from their alleged work and have refused to pay them anything.One of the claims the had deemed succesful was against Sunny when Banksmart contacted me saying they had had an offer and asked for my bank details to pay their fees I was suspicious* so i contacted Sunny directly .They advised they had closed any form of contact with Banksmart on my behalf and to contact the FOS directly to reopen my case independently ..this is ongoing.Earlier this year i recieved a letter from a debt collection agency for the sums owed to Banksmart ... I have since reported Banksmart and the entire issue to the ombudsman to investigate .The investigator appears to be just ticking boxes ..'who contacted who when ..' and to be honest isnt filling me with confidence ..Looking briefly online my experience isnt unique with many having similar experiences...any help* or advice.would be appreciated as i am unwilling and quite frankly unable to pay these fees which now total more than any redress I stood to recieve .
