    hello *I have finance with money barn for a car I’ve had the car 12 months I’ve missed 3 payments so I called to discuss payments the gave 3 options ,pay in full ,,give the car back and let them sell an I still owe the difference,,or a consent order .. so I went with consent order done a means test to prove I could afford the car .so they said they pass information over legal department to send to court they I would get the decision from court in the post.that was 4 weeks ago..so I’ve *heard nothing until today I received email stating the would *not be coming to collect the car because of the *crona virus crisis ..any help advice please*

    I'm afraid I'm not following your story, why would they be collecting the car if you decided to agree a consent order - consent order for what?

      Am not sure what a consent order is but from what they where telling each *a judge had to sign off on it in order for to keep the car they have make sure I could afford I’ve no paper work from the courts *heard nothing Moneybarn other than email today say the would be collecting the car until crisis had passed so don’t know why they would say that.
