Hi, I got a ticket in the form of a letter for overstaying in a shop carpark. This is the second time so I ignored it. Now they have put debt collectors on to me. I sent the* parking ticket company* an email explaining I have Google timeline showing it was 2 brief visits. They replied it's to Late to appeal contact the bailiffs which I have done.* Why should this be taking up my time and cause me stress when I have done know wrong on 2 separate occasions. If the bailiffs dont squash there bill I am assuming I will need to go to court but can they put the bill up if they visit my house. Any advise pls*

They can't send bailiffs round if it's not been to court
