Refund needed

Hi there hoping someone can help I purchased a place on a Uk football tournament through a company called asg sports to be held in a couple of months in this country the uk,they have cancelled and have only offered a 40% refund but as it has cost me £672 I find a insult .The payments were made in two instalments not through my PayPal account but the payment took me through the PayPal process I presume as a guest unfortunately I cannot get through to PayPal at present as they have shut down there telephone customer services and are not replying to my messages.where we do we go from here it seems asg tours are trying to pull a fast one as I believe they have more than likely paid for accomodation which was included and can not recoup it which is not my problem really I see it has there’s any idea where to go from here .
