Mortgage Interest Overpayment Claim

Hi,
I've recently been contacted by a firm called Trusted saying that I am eligible to claim against Lloyds Bank for overpayment of mortgage interest. I would like some advice as to whether this firm is bona fide and if anyone knows what percentage cut this firm is likely to charge.
