I live in England When I sent letter stating was statue barred before they sent me a letter stating it was wasnt an a list of transactions that that they got from HSBC.* There is were dates and amounts of £1.00* but didn't show where payments have come from.
I wrote to them again asking stating as was statue barred and asked if I had made payments in 2014 why are they not on my credit history and asked where payments had come from. And had made no payments in over a 6 year period.
Again they sent a letter stating was not staue barred and same list of transactions with no details where payments have come from.
