I was due to take a 7 night accommodation only holiday booked through Hoseasons. This is cancelled due to Covid19. I did not purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
Hoseasons are offering to transfer the money paid to a future booking, but are unable to provide anything like the holiday I originally booked, 7 nights in April for £500, the closest they can offer being 7 nights in December @£650, for which I am required to pay the additional £150.
Do I have any recourse?
