    Hi , an ex employee has asked for "everything"* in a subject access request, when it come to email from their old work account, are they entitled to get everything they sent because it has their name on the sign off? or anything they may have been cc on even if it did not relate to them and they were simply copied in as an FYI? Im wondering where to draw the line on what I should be making available to them. Thanks.*

    Hi - No you don't have to trawl through every/any email which mentions or cc's this person. Only emails relevant to and about the person must be provided.
