My son booked a hog roast which cannot now take place and paid a deposit. *The paperwork says ‘payment of deposit secured the booking date and is non refundable.’ * In the current circumstances obviously the booking date isn’t secured is he entitled to his deposit back. *They have offered another date but it’s a 40th birthday and he doesn’t want to randomly pick another date.

It’s on 11th April. *My son hasn’t cancelled and they haven’t cancelled, he has been holding off as he thought that due to Coronavirus it wouldn’t be allowed to go ahead anyway. *
