Hi Everyone.I have received a letter from debt managers services regarding an old Next account which my ex took out in my name, without my knowledge while we were still together. This is the initial letter, and is not threatening. My question is, I am liable for the debt if it wasn't taken out by myself, therefore will not have my signature on any initial credit agreement if one exists? The account was open for sometime, and was paid from my bank account. There is no record of this on my experian credit report. The last payment against the account would have been circa October 16. TIA
