Local council have instructed bristow and sutor to have an earnings attachment and have deducted over £1700.00 from my pay in 3 months! I do not owe this debt and the council will not provide the dates of how the council tax debt came about. Only saying that l* owe them £2900.00 (bristow and sutor 399.00 inc) for over claiming? I sent in all my sick notes. In 2012 had an accident at work, bust my knee, had op, while off recuperating,* was diagnosed with chronic myleod leukaemia. Was in and out of hospitals for over 2years, on benefits and moved* out of the council catchment in May 2016. Was a single claimant for housing and council tax.
