About a year ago maybe me and my mates got caught stealing a few cans of ciders, security guard put our names down and banned us from the shop for 3 months. Does this mean my name will be on Tesco’s record forever and if I applied for a job there (which I have and not sure if to withdraw) will my name flag up or will it not be on the system still???*

Have you applied to the same shop you were banned from? all depends how good their record keeping and data processing are? I'd keep the application in and see if you are offered interview, if so, very unlikely they've remembered you

I would hazard a guess that if the Security Guard has done it then it went no further and he probably stored in his person security device - also known as the bin.Comment
