  • Drunk driving mental health.

Hi so I crashed my car while drink driving. I know really stupid. The reason I was driving is a dark one I was going to kill myself either by wrapping my car around a tree or by stopping at a river and jumping in. obviously I blew, about 90, can’t remember the exact number but was over the limit on site then waited 3 ish hours maybe 4 before I had bloods taken. i know that I will still be over but wanted to know if I should mention to them that I was going to kill myself and that’s why I was driving. Know it won’t change the fact that I’m losing my license but is it worth saying and also with the time elapsed would have been 5 hours since last drink what would my blood alcohol level be roughly

Consult a solicitor for advice may be mitigating circumstances although saying you wanted to commit suicide could be taken as you did not care if you took someone else with you Hope your over this now if you still feel the same get some help no need to suffer*
