  • Voluntary Terminate a PCP

Hi, I have a HP plan that I have 49 month contract, I have 21 months left, I have written a termination letter as per the format template. I sent it registered post. I have rang the finance company up, they said they have not received it.
I explained what I wanted to do with my HP plan, they then said you have to be halfway through the finance cost not the four year contract term. They then said I owe £2014 plus £75 for auction pickup.*
    can anyone clarify this point
    Pete

Hi, if you used the template VT letter, then you must have also read the guide? It has the answer to your question.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
