Hi please can you give me some advice my mother recently passed and my father 3 years ago .. my sister *and I have been left the house which has a value of £300000 she also had £10000 in bank which paid her *funeral and headstone she *has *£55000 *in investment bonds which £29000 of that is to go to her 7 grandchildren has stated in her will so is there inheritance tax to pay on this when we go for probate. Also we got probate for my fathers estate last year March 2019 but on land registry still shows both my parents name should that not off been changed when we got probate ? Any advice would br appreciated .
