Hi,*I'm hoping someone can help. In February and March 2017 I had received two PCC's from a private firm. I had to my knowledge ignored these after receiving several letters over the years as that's what various websites had advised. This is a car park at my place of work, owned privately. There are signs up noting that we need to display a permit. The bays are rented by my previous employers who issue us with small permits. The bays are marked with plaques with my employers name.* On both occasions I was within a bay dedicated to my place of work. I cannot remember the specifics, if I had not displayed the permit, or whether the material was folded (the material the permits were made with were not for for purpose and would curl up in sunlight or move with slight movement I.e wind or door slamming). I have thrown away paperwork to date and I am unable to see any information online relating to these charges, other than what is written within the claim form. I will attach a picture. I would like to appeal it. Do I have any grounds, is there anything I can do? Claim is for a total of 482.57. Thanks in advance*
